Job Description:
Manage daily delivery operations and ensure timely last-mile shipments.
Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to resolve issues.
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize delivery.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or courier services.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication in Arabic; English is a plus.
